I work in the HR department of a medium sized software company.  We are trying to implement a customer rewards program.  We have a solid, well made product and I believe that a rewards program will be helpful in growing our number of repeat customers.

I think that a customer rewards program will get current customers more invested with our company.  It is also my hope that such a program will encourage potential customers to make their first purchase.  About six months ago, we implemented sales incentive programs for the employees in the sales department.  We have seen an increase in sales and employee satisfaction since then.  I am hoping that if a rewards program has positive results for our staff, it will do the same for our customers.

We are in the early planning stages for our customer rewards program.  I am in the process of interviewing some of our biggest clients to determine what perks and benefits will be the most meaningful to them.  We also want to implement a membership program along with the reward program.  In other words, in order to get the rewards, you must be a member.  Once we get all of the details worked out, I am confident that a rewards program will increase our number of repeat customers and encourage new customer growth.
