The turnkey business is called by this name because it used to refer to the sale of a business that was ready for the owner to begin operation of the business as soon as the sale was complete and the key was turned in the lock. That key is metaphorical these days since most of the time when you find a turnkey business opportunity it’s actually going to be for an online business.

There are two types of online turnkey business opportunities that are typically advertised. The first is the totally-online business. This includes things like websites with adsense earnings on them or search engine submission companies. The other kind is the mostly-online turnkey business. An example would be a Ship On Site business that takes in-person drop-offs of items but conducts all other transactions online.

Either of these types of turnkey businesses has the potential to lead you to financial freedom. However, if you don’t understand the Internet then you probably aren’t going to do well with this type of business. In that case, you might want to look at a more traditional franchise opportunity. Alternatively, you may want to learn about doing business online since this really is where a lot of today’s opportunities are popping up.

I just got back from breakfast with a friend who was lamenting the fact that her husband has gotten into Day Trading Futures. The last time that I saw her, about a year ago, she had been complaining about the fact that he was losing all of their money at the poker tables in the casino near here. She seems to think that Futures Trading is just as problematic as gambling but I think that’s because she doesn’t really understand what Trading Systems are all about.

She’s a great woman and definitely one who is smart but she’s also a woman who really doesn’t know a lot about money. Her idea of being financially smart is just to save as much money as she can to have on a rainy day. While there’s nothing wrong with having a savings strategy, this isn’t necessarily the best approach to generating a big savings account.

It’s true that she has some reason to be concerned about her husband’s new interest in day trading. That’s because he seems to be a lot more impulsive with money than he should be and is the kind of person who would make uninformed choices when day trading, choices that could lead to financial harm. But my advice to her was that she should get to know what this trading thing is all about because her caution with money and his willing to risk money could be combined into a great trading strategy!

I used to be able to fit everything that I needed for the day into my pockets and didn’t have to carry a purse or backpack with me. These days that’s not the case. Now I carry a cell phone and a laptop and an mp3 player and a digital camera … and that’s just the bare minimum of what I might take with me when I head out the door. We’ve got a gadget for every job these days.

It isn’t just a problem that we have with personal "toys" either. I’ve noticed that office spaces tend to have a whole lot of gadgets that can all do basically the same thing. For example, the office that I work in has a guillotine paper cutter, an electric paper cutter and a business card cutter which are all tools that serve the purpose of cutting paper. (Of course, we have scissors as well.)

Luckily, it seems that we are heading towards a new trend of getting gadgets that are multi-functional. I’m pretty sure that the next cell phone that I buy will be able to play music, take pictures and surf the web so I won’t have to carry around the mp3 player, camera and laptop anymore. Hopefully the same thing will happen in the office and life will start to get less cluttered again for all of us!

Right now is the time to sit down and ask yourself a serious question that you probably don’t want to know the answer to. Ask yourself, "is my life as sexy as I want it to be?" Sadly, the answer is probably no. Luckily, it’s a lot easier to make your life sexy than you think it is.

You see, sexy doesn’t actually have anything at all to do with your adult relationships. Instead, it has to do with the sensuality you feel when approaching life. To make life more sexy, you really just need to start doing a few things here and there that help you to notice the sexiness that’s already all around you.

For example, you might want to look at adding some sexy truck accessories to your truck. Get some fender flares that highlight the curves of the vehicle. Add a bull bar that tells the people you’re following on the highway that you’re something not to be messed with.

Another example can be found in the groceries that you buy. Don’t get the boring prepackaged salad. Get the good stuff. And don’t use plain old dressing on it. Get a fresh lemon and add some real zest.

The little things in life can be enhanced so that we pay more attention to them. Paying more attention to them heightens our awareness of the things in our lives. And that is what makes life more sexy!

One of the things that I am asked to do a lot as a web writer is to write reviews of various products. And one of the things that I’ve learned over the years is that there is a basic formula to follow for writing a good review.

Here are some tips for doing a good product review:

• Write a brief description of what the product is. For example, if you were reviewing an airsoft gun then you would describe the sport of airsoft and the use of the gun to the game so that people who don’t know about this product can appreciate the review.
• Give your opinion about the product. Make sure that you cite the reasons for this opinion so that people understand why you feel this way.
• Offer a list of pros and cons about the product. Readers understand your points better when you delineate them in this way.
• Compare the product to similar products. For example, when writing about the kwa airsoft gun, you could compare it to other airsoft guns like the echo1 airsoft. This gives the reader an idea of how the product rates against others for the purpose it serves.
• Summarize whether or not you would recommend purchase of this product and why.

There are certainly other things that can go into a product review such as anecdotes but these are the things that are really required for a thorough review.
